Hi! My name is Bridgette Brouillette, owner of Bakery Noire 🖤 BN was built off the idea that desserts can be be more than sweets: they can be art, an homage to the most important parts of life, and most of all an experience to share 🫶🏼 we strive to create the unique and exceptional, a truly bespoke experience.

 

About me: I’m a Dallas transplant, originally from a small farm town in Northern Indiana. I love Jens Lekman’s music, the 99% Invisible podcast, and my senior dog Mo.
